Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Safe

お題「#おうち時間

 

Because of Corona emergency, I have been staying for more than a month.

During this time, I have some challenges!

First: English

I started english school for blushing up my communication skill. It's my best challenge because the school fee is very expensive for me. I joined One-day program last month. The program has practice of pronaunce and self introduction speech. It's hard for me to speak english anytime but I thought the program is the best way to train my skills.

 

Second: Body make

I have problem with my body. Especially my legs. Because my legs have a lot of fat and muscle, It's difficult to make beautiful leg line and reduce body weight.

I think that the best way to make beautiful leg line is to massage and strech. So I have decided to do effort during Stay-home. I do Yoga every mornning and massage & strech every night. 

 

 

And other one of my challenges is this blog.
